Custodian

The Custodian position is a great new opportunity on our Antec Controls team. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and order within the facility. We are looking for an individual who has a high attention to detail, can self organize and show the ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.

The successful candidate's responsibilities will include:

Maintain cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and scrubbing floors Dust furniture, walls, and equipment to ensure a clean and tidy environment Disinfect and sanitize surfaces, including washrooms and lunchrooms Operate and maintain floor cleaning equipment effectively Collect and dispose of waste and recycling in designated areas Use basic cleaning supplies efficiently and safely Watering indoor plants Support snow and ice clearing from walkways and doorways to maintain safe access Assist with furnishings within the facility Support routine maintenance and assist with basic preventive maintenance tasks Report on all deficiencies

The ideal candidate for this position will:
