Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Anodizer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing anodizing processes on aluminum and other metals to enhance their durability and appearance. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of chemical processes involved in anodizing.

Duties

Prepare and set up anodizing equipment and solutions according to specifications. Perform anodizing operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols. Monitor the anodizing process, adjusting parameters as necessary to achieve desired results. Conduct inspections of finished products for quality assurance, identifying any defects or inconsistencies. Maintain accurate records of production runs, including batch numbers and processing times. Clean and maintain equipment and work area to ensure a safe and efficient working environment. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve production processes.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in metal finishing or related field is a plus. Previous experience in anodizing or metal finishing is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow precise instructions and safety guidelines. Basic understanding of chemical processes related to anodizing is advantageous. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
