What you\xe2\x80\x99ll be doing - Create stunning in-game animations, responsive and consistent with the overall game concepts and physics
- Prepare animations for export to game engine (Unity)
- Assist in the integration of animation with designers and programmers to build a cohesive vision for game experience
- Work within the established art, technical, visual and physical parameters in accordance to game design, concept and under direction of the Senior Art Team
- Assist Leads & Product Owner to establish the animation style and vision for the project
- Demonstrates enthusiasm and eagerness to learn for performing various tasks and approaching new learning techniques
- Provides creative solutions for technical art problems that may come up
- Keep up-to-date with current technologies in the animation industry
- Provide general support to debug animation systems *What we\xe2\x80\x99re looking for* Essential skills and qualifications include: - An outstanding demo reel that must be included in the initial application! We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for polish, talent and passion!
- Utilize 2D cut-out animation software to generate fluid classical looking animation.
- A minimum of 1 year of professional experience in animating for games
- Proven experience in animation software (ToonBoom, Adobe Animate CC preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Unity Engine
- Confidence in creating smooth character animations that bring life to our games
- Deep understanding of art fundamentals and its translation to animation \xe2\x80\x94 i.e. understanding shape, form, line, etc
- Exceptional ability to communicate ideas through verbal, written and visual means
- Passionate about a spectacular gaming experience - you care about how players will interact and engage with our games with the help of your visuals Plusses - good to have, but not required! - Experience in particles and effects animation
- Proven video editing knowledge and skills: Premier, After Effects, Photoshop etc.
- Experience with Git/Source Control
- Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence Who you are: - Passion for games, but particularly mobile!
