RESPONSIBILITIES





Content Curation:



Identify relevant topics, speakers, and trends for workshops and seminars. Collaborate with external experts, speakers, or trainers to deliver valuable content to tenants. Curate and develop engaging and informative event materials and resources. Build relationships with local businesses, organizations, and industry influencers to enhance the value of events. Collaborate with external partners and sponsors to support and co-host events.

Event Planning and Management:


Plan, organize, and execute events, including networking events, workshops, executive offsites seminars, and social gatherings. Coordinate logistics for events, such as scheduling, catering, AV equipment, and room setup. Ensure events run smoothly and address any issues or concerns that may arise during the events.

Event Sales and Promotion:


Actively respond to inbound leads through HubSpot and direct email inquiries. Develop and customize quotes, proposals, and event packages tailored to client needs. Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and close sales. Proactively identify and reach out to new potential clients to generate business opportunities. Maintain detailed records of communication and sales progress within HubSpot or other CRM tools. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event planning and execution based on client requirements.


Budget Management:


Develop and manage budgets for events, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource allocation. Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure the best deals for services and catering.

Event Coordination Tools and Technology:


Utilize event management software or tools to streamline event planning, registration, and communication with attendees. Manage RSVPs and track attendance for events. Collect feedback from members after events to assess satisfaction and gather suggestions for improvement. Use feedback to make data-driven decisions and enhance future event offerings.

Member Support:


Act as a point of contact for Members who have event-related questions or requests. Assist tenants in utilizing event spaces and resources effectively. Field phone calls and direct people to the appropriate stakeholder. Receive members, guests, and trades at And-Co reception desk. Develop and execute on member communications strategies.


Health and Safety Compliance:



Ensure that all events comply with health and safety regulations and guidelines. Implement necessary safety measures during events.

Documentation and Reporting:



Maintain records of past events, including attendance, costs, and outcomes. Generate regular reports on event performance and community engagement for management.

Community Engagement:



Foster a sense of community among members by facilitating interactions and connections through events and activities.

QUALIFICATIONS





Education: Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, marketing, or a related field. Experience: Several years of successful event planning and management experience. Skills: Leadership and team management; Excellent communication and negotiation skills; Creativity and problem-solving abilities; Strong organizational and budget development/management skills. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with event management software and online registration systems. Networking: A strong professional network in the events industry Flexibility: Adaptability to changes and unforeseen circumstances during events. Customer Service: Ability to provide excellent customer service to clients and attendees. Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

COMPENSATION





Salary will be a minimum of $70,000 with negotiation consistent for commensurate experience. Commission and or bonus structure of up to 15% of base Salary. $2,500.00 annual participation in And-Co's Wellness Account in support of holistic health and wellbeing 3 weeks vacation * Additional learning opportunities and professional development support
