We're looking for a strategic and passionate Marketing Analytics Manager to lead our measurement strategy, performance monitoring, customer insights, and all other aspects of marketing analytics at Affirm. In this role, you'll be instrumental in driving marketing effectiveness, informing channel strategy, and enabling data-driven decision-making. You will own our end-to-end marketing analytics ecosystem--from goal setting to reporting and optimization.
The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of marketing measurement methodologies (e.g., Multi-Touch Attribution, Media Mix Modeling, incrementality testing), customer engagement funnels, and performance marketing levers. You will partner closely with merchant and product marketing, growth product, and other cross functional teams to unlock growth and efficiency across all touch points.
