Within Growth Marketing, the Marketing Intelligence group generates long and short-term growth analyses, consulting; reporting / data solutions; and data science to empower Marketing in becoming a creatively-driven but data-empowered organization. We build data maturity and data literacy through learning development; intelligence integration partnerships; and communication across Marketing.

As an Analytics Engineer reporting to the manager of Engineering, you will join the Data, Systems, Reporting and Analysis team, where you\'ll improve Marketing Intelligence ability to leverage data. You will help define the data strategy, and contribute to it by deploying high quality and curated datasets. You will create tools and data products designed to empower Marketing Analysts and Data Scientists.

Responsibilities:

Ensure marketing data is of high quality through data monitoring processes.

Deploy and maintain complex datasets, ensuring agreement on the team data strategy.

Implement back-end data tools (R and python libraries) and front-end data products (Shiny applications, Looker dashboards)

Provide technical guidance to analysts.

Qualifications:

At least 3 years of experience in a data, analytics, software engineering or related field.

Professional experience with SQL.

Professional experience R (preferred), python or other scripting languages.

Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure (e.g. S3, ECR, Sagemaker).

Knowledge of Software Engineering practices (Unit testing, version control, agile workflow).

Experience working in a data analytics field.

Passion for the game industry.
