Paradigm Consulting Group is in an active growth phase and securing talented consultants is a critical component of our success. We are looking for Analytics/Report Developer to join our team. The role will be remotely for our customer who are in Saskatchewan and Manitoba. Kindly note candidates must reside in Canada to qualify.

Role Summary:
The Analytics Developer\'s role is to participate in all development and testing activities of analytical dashboards and reports in an Oracle Analytics Cloud solution and platform.

Each requirement we receive varies, but the skillset may include:

• Experience with:

• Oracle Analytics Cloud
• Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse
• Oracle Fusion Cloud, Including Human Capital Management, Financials, and Purchasing
• Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition
• Proven communication skills, problem-solving skills, proficiency in programming languages and data structures, and knowledge of integration best practices are critical to successful performance in this role.

Duties may include:

• Participate in report and dashboard design workshops and provide input
• Participate in ETL and metadata build activities
• Participate in dashboard and report build activities
• Perform report and dashboard testing and resolve issues identified
• Participate and provide support for deployment activities
• Follow standards and processes to support development tasks and initiatives.
• Identify common patterns and document best practices for integrations.
