Nous sommes presentement a la recherche d'un(e) Analyste tarifaire junior - support administratif pour notre siege social situe a Dorval pour debuter a partir du 4 janvier 2023.

Taches/responsabilites:

  • Interagir de faaon efficiente avec les differents departements afin de regler les problemes relies au taux a l'interieur de l'entreprise;
  • Preparer les propositions tarifaires pour les clients;
  • Gerer le courriel general du departement des taux (rate inquiries);
  • Completer une proposition tarifaire pour repondre aux besoins de transport client
  • Repondre aux appels et courriels afin d'etablir une tarification pour un mouvement unique, en respectant les criteres etablis, au besoin;
  • Apporter un support a la facturation en effectuant de l'audition d'expedition de faaon hebdomadaire;
  • Offrir un support au departement des ventes en clarifiant les demandes de clients;
  • Participer aux initiatives d'augmentations de tarifs (A Yield A Increases et GRI);
  • Participer a l'augmentation tarifaire annuelle, en effectuant des analyses de rentabilite et en preparant les propositions pour les representants;
  • Autres taches connexes
Exigences/competences:
  • Diplame collegial ou universitaire
  • Bilingue (obligatoire)
  • Connaissance de MS Office
  • Excellente maitrise d'Excel
  • Experience pertinente en manipulation de donnees
  • Qualite exemplaire du service client
  • Experience en transport (Atout)
  • Demontrer un bon sens du jugement

We are currently looking for a Junior Pricing Analyst - Admin Support for our head office located in Dorval to begin as of January 4, 2023.

Tasks/responsibilities:
  • Efficiently interact with different departments in order to solve rate-related problems within the company;
  • Prepare rate proposals for customers;
  • Issue a rate proposal in order to meet the customer's transportation needs (as required);
  • Manage the general email inbox for the rates dept (rateinquiries);
  • Answering calls and emails in order to give customers a spot quote;
  • Weekly assistance to billing by auditing pros before they go through invoicing;
  • Offer support to the sales dept by clarifying customer requests;
  • Participate in Yield and GRI increases;
  • Participate in the annual rate increase process, conducting cost-benefit analyzes and preparing proposals for sales reps;
  • Other rate-related tasks
Requirements/skills:
  • College or University degree
  • Bilingual (Mandatory)
  • Good MS Office knowledge
  • Mastery of Excel
  • Relevant experience in data manipulation
  • Exemplary Customer service skills
  • Transportation experience (Asset)
  • Good sense of judgement
  • Excellent communication skills
