L\'\xc3\xa9quipe de livraison de services aux manufacturiers collabore avec nos clients du secteur des biens de consommation emball\xc3\xa9s afin de cultiver des relations de partenariat \xc3\xa0 valeur ajout\xc3\xa9e. L\'objectif vise \xc3\xa0 devenir la principale source d\'informations commerciales pour les clients de Nielsen.

En tant qu\'analyste principal.e, vous apporterez une valeur ajout\xc3\xa9e en comprenant parfaitement les besoins des clients et en leur fournissant les produits, services et analyses qui les aideront \xc3\xa0 atteindre leurs objectifs commerciaux. La candidate ou le candidat retenu aura de l\'exp\xc3\xa9rience et/ou des connaissances en mati\xc3\xa8re de traitement des donn\xc3\xa9es, d\'analyse int\xc3\xa9grant une grande vari\xc3\xa9t\xc3\xa9 de sources de donn\xc3\xa9es et de pr\xc3\xa9sentation aux clients. Vous travaillerez dans un environnement d\'\xc3\xa9quipe o\xc3\xb9 vous d\xc3\xa9velopperez de solides relations avec votre propre \xc3\xa9quipe et au sein de l\'organisation cliente.

La candidate id\xc3\xa9ale ou le candidat id\xc3\xa9al poss\xc3\xa8de :

  • un dipl\xc3\xb4me d\'\xc3\xa9tudes postsecondaires en marketing/commerce et/ou dans un domaine connexe;
  • 4 ann\xc3\xa9es ou plus d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience en marketing, commerce de d\xc3\xa9tail ou gestion de cat\xc3\xa9gorie;
  • de solides comp\xc3\xa9tences analytiques, de pr\xc3\xa9f\xc3\xa9rence dans le secteur des produits de grande consommation ou de la vente au d\xc3\xa9tail;
  • une capacit\xc3\xa9 av\xc3\xa9r\xc3\xa9e \xc3\xa0 fournir un aper\xc3\xa7u des donn\xc3\xa9es et \xc3\xa0 r\xc3\xa9soudre les probl\xc3\xa8mes commerciaux des clients;
  • d\'excellentes comp\xc3\xa9tences en communication \xc3\xa9crite et verbale;
  • d\'excellentes comp\xc3\xa9tences en mati\xc3\xa8re de pr\xc3\xa9sentation;
  • de solides comp\xc3\xa9tences en mati\xc3\xa8re d\'\xc3\xa9tablissement et de gestion des relations avec les clients;
  • la connaissance des produits et services de Nielsen est un atout;
  • l\'aptitude \xc3\xa0 chercher des moyens de remettre en question le statu quo;
  • la capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 effectuer plusieurs t\xc3\xa2ches \xc3\xa0 la fois et \xc3\xa0 prendre des d\xc3\xa9cisions de mani\xc3\xa8re ind\xc3\xa9pendante, avec une approche audacieuse, agile et collaborative de la r\xc3\xa9solution des probl\xc3\xa8mes;
  • techniquement fluide, avec de solides comp\xc3\xa9tences en manipulation de donn\xc3\xa9es et en Excel, et la capacit\xc3\xa9 de tirer parti de la technologie comme d\'un catalyseur;
  • la familiarit\xc3\xa9 avec l\'utilisation de Power BI et/ou Tableau;
  • responsable, ax\xc3\xa9.e sur les r\xc3\xa9sultats et ouvert.e aux nouvelles id\xc3\xa9es et \xc3\xa0 l\'apprentissage continu;

The Manufacturer Client Success team works together with our Consumer Packaged Goods clients to cultivate value-added partnership relationships. The goal is to become the primary and leading source of business insights for Nielsen\'s clients.

As a Senior Analyst, you will add value through a strong understanding of client needs and providing them with the products, services and analytical insights that will help achieve their business goals. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge in working with data , performing analysis integrating a wide variety of data sources and presenting to clients. You will work within a team environment where you will develop solid relationships with your own team and within the client organization.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have
  • Post-secondary degree in Marketing/Business and/or related field
  • 4+ years of marketing, retail or category management experience
  • Strong analytical skills preferably in the CPG or Retail industry
  • Demonstrated ability to provide insight into the data and address client business issues
  • Excellent bilingual (English/French) written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong client relationship building/management skills
  • Knowledge of Nielsen products and services an asset
  • The aptitude to look for ways to challenge the status quo
  • Ability to multi-task and capable of independent decision making with a bold, nimble and collaborative approach to problem solving
  • Technically fluid with strong data manipulation , Excel skills and the ability to leverage technology as an enabler
  • Familiarity with using Power BI and/or Tableau
  • Accountable, results driven and open to new ideas and ongoing learning
  • Proactively create innovative insights that challenge the status quo
  • Strong sales mindset with the ability to influence and build strong client relationships
