About the role

Ce que vous ferez :

• Observer en temps r\xc3\xa9el les appels entrants et sortants et ajuster les horaires en fonction des besoins.
• Assurer le traitement de demandes recues des gestionnaires.
• Surveiller le niveau de service en temps r\xc3\xa9el afin de rencontrer nos cibles de niveau de service.
• Optimiser les horaires de travail afin d\'atteindre nos objectifs de croissance, de qualit\xc3\xa9 de service et nos objectifs financiers.
• B\xc3\xa2tir les rapports n\xc3\xa9cessaires au suivi quotidien des op\xc3\xa9rations afin d\xe2\x80\x99obtenir une r\xc3\xa9troaction rapide.
• G\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9rer des rapports dans les d\xc3\xa9lais pr\xc3\xa9vus et en garantir l\'int\xc3\xa9grit\xc3\xa9 des donn\xc3\xa9es.
• G\xc3\xa9rer des modifications aux horaires.
• G\xc3\xa9rer l\'approbation proactive et le refus d\'activit\xc3\xa9s.

Ce que vous mettrez \xc3\xa0 profit :

• Dipl\xc3\xb4me universitaire ou coll\xc3\xa9gial (affaires, math\xc3\xa9matiques, statistiques, \xc3\xa9conomie, informatique, g\xc3\xa9nie) ou toute combinaison \xc3\xa9quivalente de formation et d\xe2\x80\x99exp\xc3\xa9rience.
• Un \xc3\xa0 trois ans d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience dans un d\xc3\xa9partement de planification d\xe2\x80\x99effectifs (atout).
• Ma\xc3\xaetrise des logiciels Nice IEX ou Aspect e-WFM.
• Capacit\xc3\xa9 d\xe2\x80\x99analyser des r\xc3\xa9sultats afin d\xe2\x80\x99en g\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9rer des am\xc3\xa9liorations op\xc3\xa9rationnelles.
• Connaissance approfondie d\xe2\x80\x99Excel, y compris les tableaux crois\xc3\xa9s dynamiques, les techniques de recherche et de comparaison de donn\xc3\xa9es, les tests conditionnels et les macros.
• Solides aptitudes \xc3\xa0 la communication \xc3\xa9crite et verbale.
• Gestion efficace du temps et des priorit\xc3\xa9s.
• Travail d\'\xc3\xa9quipe et contribution individuelle proactive.
• Bilinguisme (Fran\xc3\xa7ais / Anglais) \xe2\x80\x93 N\xc3\xa9cessit\xc3\xa9 d\xe2\x80\x99interagir sur une base r\xc3\xa9guli\xc3\xa8re avec des coll\xc3\xa8gues partout au pays.
