Description du poste :



L'analyste fonctionnel agit a titre de specialiste de contenu dans la livraison de solutions, dans leur maintien et leur mise a jour en definissant les specifications fonctionnelles en collaboration avec le proprietaire du produit et l'equipe de projet.



Le conseiller participe activement a l'evolution de la solution d'affaires de moyenne a grande complexite. Il effectue les analyses des besoins d'affaires et participe activement a la conception detaillee des solutions. Il assume un rale de leadership aupres des differents intervenants et des equipes de developpement dans la relation d'affaires et dans le cadre de dossiers et projets portant sur du developpement et des interventions strategiques et complexes, a caractere novateurs, tel que l'evolution, la prevention d'incidents, l'assurance-qualite et la maintenance des correctifs.



Le conseiller assure de la qualite et de la securite des solutions. Il participe activement a la definition de la strategie d'implantation, s'assure des essais requis sous sa portee, participe a l'implantation et contribue a la resolution des anomalies. Il influence le processus d'affaires et la solution vers les meilleures pratiques de marche.



Responsabilites principales :

* Collaborer, a titre de specialiste, a la faisabilite, la conception et la mise en place de solutions novatrices via les fonctionnalites du Progiciel Integre de Gestion Financiere (rapports, regles d'affaires et configuration des modules, echanges de donnees)
* Collaborer, a titre de specialiste, a la faisabilite et la conception de solutions qui requierent du developpement et participer a leur mise en place avec l'equipe technique (CEMLI)
* Travailler en cocreation avec nos partenaires d'affaires sur l'elaboration des besoins, des priorites et la gestion du carnet de commandes (A backlog A)
* Conseiller et orienter l'equipe de developpement et le proprietaire du produit en recommandant differentes alternatives fonctionnelles alignees sur l'architecture
* Participer aux definitions et orientations des differentes portees (recits, release, sprint, projet, essais)
* Prendre en charge l'elaboration des strategies reliees aux essais fonctionnels en collaboration avec l'equipe
* Definir, orienter et s'assurer de l'execution des essais automatises et/ou manuels sous votre portee (cas specifiques/exception) dans une perspective bout en bout
* Assumer la responsabilite de l'implantation et de la gestion des incidents/problemes sous votre portee
* Assurer de la production et de la mise a jour la documentation requise.
* Assurer la securite des donnees dans les produits supportes
* Assurer une vigie des technologies et pratiques de developpement et agir en tant que mentor aupres de l'equipe au niveau des technologies et des faaons de faire.

Mode de travail : Hybride flexible, 2 jours presentiel au centre ville de Montreal et 3 jours teletravail

The Functional Analyst acts as a subject matter expert in the delivery, maintenance, and evolution of business solutions by defining functional specifications in collaboration with the Product Owner and the project team.



The Analyst actively contributes to the evolution of medium to high-complexity business solutions. They perform business needs analysis and are deeply involved in the detailed design of solutions. They play a leadership role with stakeholders and development teams in business relationships and in strategic, complex, and innovative initiatives such as solution evolution, incident prevention, quality assurance, and corrective maintenance.



The Analyst ensures the quality and security of solutions. They participate in defining the implementation strategy, ensure the required testing within their scope, support deployment activities, and contribute to resolving issues. They guide business processes and solutions toward market best practices.



Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate as a subject matter expert in the feasibility, design, and implementation of innovative solutions using Integrated Financial Management System functionalities (reports, business rules, module configuration, data exchanges)
* Collaborate on the feasibility and design of solutions requiring development and support their implementation with the technical team (CEMLI)
* Work in co-creation with business partners on requirements gathering, prioritization, and backlog management
* Advise and guide the development team and Product Owner by recommending functional alternatives aligned with the architecture
* Participate in defining and planning various scopes (user stories, releases, sprints, project phases, testing cycles)
* Take ownership of strategies related to functional testing in collaboration with the team
* Define, guide, and ensure execution of automated and/or manual tests within your scope (including exception and edge cases) in an end-to-end perspective
* Take responsibility for deployment activities and the management of incidents/problems within your scope
* Ensure the creation and maintenance of required documentation
* Ensure data security within supported solutions
* Stay up to date on technologies and development practices, and act as a mentor to the team on tools, technologies, and ways of working

Work Arrangement: Flexible hybrid model: 2 days onsite in downtown Montreal and 3 days remote work.

* Modules financiers Oracle - GL (General Ledger), AP (Accounts Payable), AR (Accounts Receivable), FA (Fixed Assets), CM (Cash Management)
* Experience en configuration
* Connaissance du langage SQL
* Assurance qualite / strategie de tests
* Experience avec l'infonuagique Oracle (un atout)
* Bilingue Franaais et Anglais
