Sommaire



Relevant du Chef de service, credit, le titulaire aura la responsabilite d'analyser les demandes de reclamations relatives aux ententes avec nos clients. De plus, il/elle evaluera, traitera et resoudra les reclamations des clients en utilisant les systemes et les fichiers appropries.

Responsabilites



Traiter les reclamations clients : reception, validation, saisie dans le systeme et suivi. Preparer les documents necessaires a l'analyse et au traitement des reclamations. Effectuer les verifications requises et apporter les corrections manuelles au besoin. Generer les rapports de suivi et assurer la documentation adequate dans les dossiers clients. Communiquer les resultats aux clients, incluant les items refuses et les montants dus. Gerer les contestations et emettre les credits appropries lorsque requis. Collaborer avec les equipes internes, notamment les ventes, pour repondre aux demandes d'information. Participer a l'amelioration continue des processus et assurer le respect des normes de qualite (ex. ISO).

Qualifications



Connaissance de l'administration, des procedures et des systemes tels que MS Office et Oracle Bonne comprehension des reclamations et du recouvrement Competences analytiques et organisationnelles Capacite a reussir dans un environnement dynamique. Excellente maitrise du francais et de l'anglais, a l'oral comme a l'ecrit. Nous recherchons une personne maitrisant l'anglais pour communiquer avec des interlocuteurs a travers le Canada et avec des collegues aux Etats-Unis.

Education and Experience



Diplome d'etudes collegiales en administration ou commerce ou experience equivalente et pertinente dans un domaine connexe Le/la titulaire doit posseder au moins deux (2) annees d'experience de travail pertinentes

Summary



Reporting to the Credit Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for analyzing claims related to agreements with our customers. In addition, he/she will evaluate, process and resolve customer complaints using the appropriate systems and files.

Responsibilities



Manage customer claims: receive, validate, and process them in the system. Prepare and verify documentation required for claim processing. Perform necessary data validation and manual corrections when needed. Generate and maintain reports related to rejected items and ensure proper documentation. Communicate claim outcomes to customers, including rejected items and outstanding amounts. Handle disputes and issue credit notes as applicable. Respond to inquiries from internal teams, including the sales force. Contribute to process improvements and ensure compliance with quality standards (e.g., ISO).

Qualifications



Knowledge of administration, procedures and systems such as MS Office and Oracle Good understanding of claims and recovery Good analytical and organizational skills Excellent French and English competencies, both oral and written. We are looking for someone who is proficient in English to communicate with contacts across Canada and with colleagues in the United States.

Education and Experience



College diploma in administration or commerce or have relevant experience Incumbent must have a minimum of two (2) years of related work experience.
