• Apprendre rapidement et en d\xc3\xa9tail de nouveaux logiciels par des formations et par exploration personnelle de ces logiciels et de la documentation existante. Approfondir sans cesse ses connaissances dune gamme de produits complexes et configurables au fil de leur \xc3\xa9volution.
• Analyser les exigences fournies par l\xc3\xa9quipe de gestion de produits ou l\xc3\xa9quipe \xc3\xa9largie des r\xc3\xa9clamations. \xc3\x89valuer la n\xc3\xa9cessit\xc3\xa9 dam\xc3\xa9liorer les logiciels et le bien-fond\xc3\xa9 des diverses solutions propos\xc3\xa9es. Sassurer que l\xc3\xa9quipe de gestion de produits et l\xc3\xa9quipe technique comprennent les besoins et les solutions de la m\xc3\xaame fa\xc3\xa7on.
• Trouver des solutions novatrices \xc3\xa0 des probl\xc3\xa8mes complexes. Proposer des am\xc3\xa9liorations et de nouvelles fonctionnalit\xc3\xa9s en r\xc3\xa9ponse aux demandes des clients, et valider celles-ci aupr\xc3\xa8s des int\xc3\xa9ress\xc3\xa9s.
• Documenter les sp\xc3\xa9cifications techniques des solutions propos\xc3\xa9es et les communiquer clairement aux \xc3\xa9quipes de programmation et dassurance qualit\xc3\xa9, \xc3\xa0 laide de dossiers de conception, de r\xc3\xa9cits dutilisateur, de gabarits, de prototypes et de maquettes dinterfaces utilisateur.
• Faire preuve dune minutie scrupuleuse lors de la r\xc3\xa9daction de sp\xc3\xa9cifications techniques, de l\xc3\xa9laboration de maquettes ou de l\xc3\xa9valuation des produits mis en service.
• Sassurer que les nouvelles fonctionnalit\xc3\xa9s et am\xc3\xa9liorations sint\xc3\xa8grent parfaitement aux produits et technologies existants, et quelles sinscrivent dans la m\xc3\xaame logique, en collaborant avec les programmeurs principaux et leur \xc3\xa9quipe au cours de la conception et de la r\xc3\xa9alisation des projets.
• Discuter avec les \xc3\xa9quipes de d\xc3\xa9veloppement, dassurance qualit\xc3\xa9 et de gestion de produits afin de relayer la perspective du client et dexpliquer les d\xc3\xa9cisions de conception et de mise en \xc5\x93uvre des produits. Confirmer le comportement attendu du logiciel lorsque des probl\xc3\xa8mes surviennent ou que des questions sont soulev\xc3\xa9es.
• Pr\xc3\xa9senter \xc3\xa0 linterne les toutes derni\xc3\xa8res fonctionnalit\xc3\xa9s lors des d\xc3\xa9monstrations de fin de sprint.

Responsibilities

• Learn new software quickly and thoroughly through both training and your own testing and research of existing documentation. Youll continuously develop your knowledge of a complex and configurable set of products as they evolve.
• Analyze requirements provided by Product management and the wider Claims team. Youll assess requirements for application enhancements and validate proposed solutions and alternatives. Youll ensure a common understanding of business problems and solutions between product and technical teams.
• Find inventive solutions to complex problems. Youll propose new enhancements and features based on previously identified customer requirements and validate these solutions with stakeholders.
• Document technical specifications for development and quality assurance teams, using design documents, user stories, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups of user interfaces to clearly communicate solutions.
• Demonstrate impeccable attention to detail in your specifications, mockups, and evaluation of implemented products.
• Ensure that new features and enhancements fit seamlessly with existing products, technologies and patterns by collaborating with technical leads and developers during design and implementation.
• Communicate with development, quality assurance and product teams to advocate for the user and convey the rationale for product, design, and implementation decisions. Youll also confirm intended product behavior when questions or defects are identified by development or QA.
• Present completed features internally at our regular end-of-sprint demos.
• Contribute to improvement of the business system analyst teams processes and shared knowledge.

• Au moins 3 \xc3\xa0 5 ans dexp\xc3\xa9rience \xc3\xa0 titre danalyste des syst\xc3\xa8mes op\xc3\xa9rationnels ou danalyste fonctionnel, ou dans un r\xc3\xb4le similaire, par exemple gestionnaire de produit ou strat\xc3\xa8ge UX/UI, analyste de produit, responsable de produit, analyste daffaires ou sp\xc3\xa9cialiste en int\xc3\xa9grations de syst\xc3\xa8mes.
• Avoir particip\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 la conception dun logiciel complexe utilis\xc3\xa9 par un grand nombre de personnes et auquel se sont ajout\xc3\xa9es de multiples fonctionnalit\xc3\xa9s au fil des ans.
• Baccalaur\xc3\xa9at (B. Sc. ou B.A.A) ou combinaison d\xc3\xa9tudes, de formation et dexp\xc3\xa9rience \xc3\xa9quivalente.

Qualifications and Skills

• 3-5+ years of experience as a business systems analyst or functional analyst, or in a similar role as a software product or UI/UX designer, product analyst, product owner, business analyst and/or systems integration specialist for software applications
• Previously contributed to the development and design of complex software with a large user base that has evolved to include multiple new features over several years
• Bachelors degree (BS or BA) or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with agile development teams
• A balance of technical knowledge and business acumen
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
• Experience with user interface wireframing and prototyping tools (Balsamiq Mockups, Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision) or a strong interest to develop and enhance this skillset
• Experience working with or designing for APIs or a strong interest to develop and enhance this skillset
• Experience with JIRA, Aha!, or similar issue or requirement management software
• Enthusiasm, integrity, reliability, adaptability, and respect for diversity
• Ability to pay attention to details while always keeping the "big picture" in mind
• Curiosity about customer needs and how to adapt and enhance software to meet those needs
