En tant qu\'Analyste de recherche, nous comptons sur vous pour collecter et analyser des donn\xc3\xa9es en veillant \xc3\xa0 leur exactitude et leur qualit\xc3\xa9. Vous suivrez de pr\xc3\xa8s et analyserez tous les aspects du march\xc3\xa9 industriel local. JLL is currently hiring a Research Analyst to join our team in Montreal. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our local team while also contributing to the overall success of our National Research team.
As a Research Analyst, we rely on you to collect and analyze data, ensuring its accuracy and quality. You will closely track and analyze all aspects of the local industrial market. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with our Research team to present this data in a compelling and insightful manner to develop a best-in-class research program that sets JLL apart from the competition. The analyst participates in an industry-wide assessment within the GVA each quarter, requiring all candidate to have the ability to drive and access to a reliable vehicle.
Those that will excel in this role will possess a true passion for their city, economy, and the commercial real estate industry. Your enthusiasm and dedication to understanding what drives success in these areas will be invaluable to our team and clients.
WHAT YOULL BE DOING
Collect and audit real estate and economic data, including data on properties, leases, tenants, availabilities, developments, sales and owners
Follow established processes to ensure data excellence within our database, and regularly audit and refine datasets
Analyze market data to identify trends and understand economic and real estate market drivers
Present market insights and conditions as needed to internal teams and clients
Create compelling visualizations and provide meaningful insights on local market data, trends and drivers
Develop strong relationships with internal and external clients and facilitate the use of our technology tools
Demonstrate our tools and research capabilities to internal teams and clients
Develop and share best practice standards
WHAT YOU BRING
Relevant bachelors degree strongly preferred
Valid drivers license and access to a vehicle
Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word and database systems
Exposure or familiarity with visualization tools preferred
Strong organizational, data collection, validation and auditing skills
Motivated and self-starting with a desire to succeed and contribute to the success of a team
Analytical skills, problem-solving ability and written and oral communication skills
Passion for economic and real estate market drivers and/or urban planning and development
