• Review and process warehouse invoices in a timely manner.
• Frequently communicate with warehouse locations to resolve invoicing issues.
• Manage purchase orders and monthly receipts on PO\'s to reflect inventory movement.
• Assist with the preparation of the third-party warehouse budget and forecast.
• Develop and maintain reporting dashboards for warehouses.
• Cross-train and support the Warehouse Services team activities and processes involving inventory transactions and warehouse application support.
• Validate warehouse data integrity and accuracy.
• Identify and initiate process improvement projects.
• Assist with negotiation of execution of third party and customer warehouse contracts.

What you will bring:

• Degree or diploma in a related field with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement.
• Excellent customer service to a dynamic group of internal and external stakeholders.
• Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and deliver on commitments.
• Advanced skills in MS Office including Excel, Analysis, Power Query, and Power BI.
• Previous experience in SAP or MSS would be an asset.
