PLEASE NOTE: This is a hybrid role. Our office is headquartered in Saanichton, BC. The successful candidate is expected to be in office at least 1 day per week. At various times throughout the year, additional in-person presence will be required.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Transformation Office Analyst to join our Transformation Program Management Office (TPMO) and play a critical role in the delivery of transformation initiatives. Reporting to the Manager, Insights & Performance, this role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, supporting Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) processes, and driving continuous improvement across our transformation programs. The TPMO Analyst will leverage data, agile practices, and business analysis skills to support the execution of key projects and initiatives.
