Reporting to the Manager, Talent Solutions & Services, the Analyst, Talent Solutions & Services is responsible for the accurate, timely, and efficient delivery of core HR programs, processes, and employee lifecycle data, including benefits, pension, and leave of absence administration. The role plays a critical part in supporting the shared services operating model by responding to HR Service Requests through ServiceNow, executing transactions in Workday, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and local regulatory requirements.
The Analyst partners closely with Talent Operations, HR Business Partners (HRBPs), Centres of Expertise (COEs), Payroll, Finance, and external vendors to deliver a consistent, high-quality employee experience. The role also contributes to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at streamlining, centralizing, and automating HR transactional processes.

Accountabilities
Process position, job, employee, benefits, pension, and leave of absence data changes across the employee lifecycle, ensuring alignment across HRIS, Payroll, Finance, and vendor systems.
Maintain organizational structures in Workday, including cost center hierarchies and supervisory organizations.
Execute reorganizations in partnership with HRBPs and COEs, ensuring data integrity and downstream impacts are managed.
Lead global benefits and pension administration, including records management, vendor coordination, and compliance with program and policy requirements.
Administer Talent programs (e.g., Location Flexible Work), escalating non-standard or complex cases as required.
Monitor ongoing employment work eligibility in alignment with regulatory requirements.
Respond to HR Service Requests with accurate, timely, and high-quality resolutions to support a strong employee experience.
Act as a liaison between employees, HRBPs, COEs, Payroll, Finance, and external partners to complete cross-functional processes.
Perform audits and ongoing data quality checks related to lifecycle, benefits, pension, and leave data.
Create and maintain procedural documentation, including standard operating procedures, checklists, and training materials.
Participate in HR system implementations and enhancements by defining business requirements, preparing and executing test scripts, and documenting results.
Identify and drive opportunities to improve processes, service delivery, and digital content related to lifecycle, benefits, pension, and leave programs.
Support Talent Operations initiatives to centralize, standardize, and automate transactional processes to improve operational effectiveness.
Qualifications
Experience supporting employee lifecycle, benefits, and pension administration in a global organization with complex HR programs and policies.
2-3+ years of progressive HR experience in an operations or shared services role.
Strong understanding of global HR operational processes and employee lifecycle management.
Proficiency in Workday, with advanced Excel skills for reporting, metrics, and data validation.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
Ability to clearly articulate requirements, priorities, risks, and solutions to diverse stakeholders.
Proven ability to build effective working relationships across teams and with external partners.
Demonstrated initiative, continuous improvement mindset, and ability to anticipate future impacts.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
