Are you an experienced Service Desk Analyst looking for your next great role?
Service Desk Analyst
Reporting to the Team Lead, User Experience, the Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for providing front line support to internal clients by responding to all service requests (hardware and software) and incidents. You will also be accountable for trouble shooting and diagnosing client incidents.
Here is what a typical day looks like

  • Provide day to day desktop support relating to general PC, laptop, printer and other devices through diagnosis and resolution.
  • Responding to telephone calls, email, chat, and personal requests for technical support from internal business partners in a manner that meets Western\'s service excellence standards
  • Provide day to day remote desktop support, including O365, office 2010, Office 2016, RDS 2016
  • Assist with the installation of in-house and remote hardware and software across the organization\xe2\x80\x99s network.
  • Provide 1st level support to end users and escalate tickets when required, demonstrating a commitment to providing quality service and products
  • Researching trends and patterns of problems and perform backup and recovery operations as needed

The value you bring
  • Service Desk or IT related industry experience is required
  • Experience working with Microsoft productivity tools/Operating Systems, including Windows 10, Microsoft Office 2010 and higher
  • Practice maintaining and troubleshooting hardware issues including, laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices and VOIP
  • Experience working with the following operating systems: Windows 2008, 2016 Server, Exchange, Active Directory File and Print Service
  • ITIL Experience an asset
  • A+ Certification is an asset

Full-time - 37.5 hours/week
  • The service desk team works from 7am-7pm Monday to Friday on a rotational basis and 8-4 on Saturdays (this is rotated through the team)
