What you'll do:

• Lead requirements gathering and functional specification development for sales performance, pricing, and cost analysis solutions
• Perform in-depth analysis of vendor cost structures and customer pricing to identify margin improvement opportunities
• Design, develop, and maintain cost and pricing databases to support reporting and analytics
• Produce high-quality reports, dashboards, and presentations for business stakeholders and leadership
• Analyze sales and pricing data to define key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and recommend actionable improvements
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align analytical outputs with business objectives
• Support project initiatives by managing deliverables, timelines, and data dependencies
• Drive continuous improvement by enhancing existing processes and introducing scalable analytical solutions
• Prioritize analytical initiatives based on business impact, urgency, and resource constraints

What it takes:

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field; equivalent experience considered
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, sales analytics and pricing analysis
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and VBA macros
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Access or similar database tools
• Experience working with SAP systems; SAP Datasphere (DSP) and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience supporting or managing analytical projects
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
