Unlock your potential working with a dynamic team:
Reporting to the Director, Accounting Operations, you will be responsible checking insurance certificates, taking part in the insurance placing process and reviewing various contracts. Main duties include the following:

• 
  Take part in the insurance placing and policy renewal process;
• 
  Help set up construction risk insurance for renovation and construction projects;
• 
  Review various contracts (leases, construction projects, procurement agreements, etc.);
• 
  Check tenants\xe2\x80\x99 and partners\xe2\x80\x99 insurance certificates and issue certificates from Ivanho\xc3\xa9 Cambridge to lenders;
• 
  Take part in the insurance premium allocations and billing process;
• 
  All other related tasks to support the rest of the team in the execution of tasks.

The skills of success

• 
  Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business administration or the equivalent;
• 
  Two to five years of experience in risk management and insurance;
• 
  Experience in IARD insurance management;
• 
  Experience in managing property and casualty insurance;
• 
  Experience in reviewing real estate contracts in line with insurance provisions;
• 
  Basic accounting knowledge (allocating premiums);
• 
  Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• 
  Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment;
• 
  Ability to handle stress, manage time efficiently and meet tight deadlines;
• 
  Extremely thorough, detail-oriented and self-motivated;
• 
  Team spirit and customer service mindset;
• 
  Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
