Your main responsibilities:
ESG
o Summarize and analyze large data sets to support advisory services o Collect, organize and analyze utility and other data to facility client GRESB submissions and environmental target setting o Conduct data collection, research and analysis on ESG trends, real estate strategy, and other related topics o Support the development and implementation of client ESG strategies o Support the development of client ESG Reports o Create, organize and format information, including presentations, in a visually compelling manner to facilitate communication and transmission of deliverables to clients o Lead and complete client GRESB submissions o Develop and support the delivery of ESG presentations
Investor Relations
o Support the preparation of external communication materials, including press releases, corporate presentations, and quarterly materials to investors, analysts, media and other members of the financial community o Create, organize and format information, including presentations, in a visually compelling manner to facilitate communication and transmission of deliverables to clients To qualify for this role:
Demonstrated experience in real estate ESG
Minimum three years of experience working in an ESG related role
Experience with the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB)
Experience with Energy Star Portfolio Manager
Strong understanding of ESG standards and framework, specifically GRESB, SASB and TCFD
Experience with Workiva an asset
A bachelors\xe2\x80\x99 degree in finance, commerce, sustainability management or related field
Experience building ESG reports and integrating ESG standards and frameworks into company protocols and documents
Location o Halifax preferable; in-person/virtual/hybrid accepted Term of mandate:
