You\xe2\x80\x99re an aspiring property tax professional looking to learn from the best. You enjoy analyzing data, gathering market research, and following a project from start to finish.

In this role, you will\xe2\x80\xa6

Assist in analyzing the assessment roll and real estate trends, as well as identifying emerging development trends for the real estate market.

Apply superior organization and analytical skills to conduct assessments, tax searches and surveys.

Collect and organize market and property data.

Support the property tax assessment review process by collaborating with other departments to obtain the information you need to support your team.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll bring

An undergraduate degree.

An eagerness to learn all aspects of property tax and commercial real estate.

Strong mathematical and analytical skills, and attention to detail.

Knowledge of types of real property, terms, types of ownership in real estate, deeds, and mortgages is an asset.
