What are your contributions to the team?
Provide knowledge and expertise in the areas of business governance for Contracts and Legal Services supporting aircraft transactions:
+ Performance measurement, change management, annual planning, reporting, employee onboarding, improvement initiatives and standardization of tools Lead initiatives for legal knowledge management
Lead business performance monitoring activities and analysis
Lead and facilitate governance meetings
Identify, provide, and encourage opportunities to improve processes
Provide support to the Contracts and Legal Services team supporting aircraft transactions by coordinating activities throughout the process of ongoing sales transactions activities:
+ Assist in creation of contract summaries, support approval processes, generate reports, and lead data gathering and knowledge management etc. Perform other ad hoc tasks as may be requested from time to time.
How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:
You have a bachelor's degree in Business, or equivalent
You have five (5) years of relevant experience
You have experience working in a legal environment
You have strong presentation and facilitation skills
You have experience with business governance including packaging and presenting of relevant underlying data
You have experience leading legal knowledge management initiatives
You have excellent time management and prioritization skills
You have the ability to work autonomously with minimal direction
You thrive in a deadline-driven, results-oriented environment and have the flexibility to adapt to rapidly changing priorities
You have solid computer knowledge; strong MS office knowledge is a requirement
You have knowledge in Workshare Compare and Salesforce
You are bilingual (strong English speaking and writing skills).
