With offices in Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver, Calgary, and Edmonton, Mid-Market Investment Banking is one of the largest M&A groups dedicated to privately-owned companies of all Canadian banks, and is ranked among the top mid-market advisors in Canada for the last 20 years as measured by aggregate transaction volume of M&A deals up to $150 million. As a Co-op Analyst, you will assist Analysts, Associates and senior bankers in executing all facets of the group\xe2\x80\x99s mandates. This will include researching industries, potential buyers and public valuation metrics; working on in-depth financial models of acquisitions and recapitalizations; assisting in the preparation of extensive written documents including business development proposals and confidential information memorandums. Learn and maintain the groups databases on a regular basis.Analysis \xe2\x80\x93 Responsible for both quantitative and qualitative analysis and industry research.
