Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst Manager to lead our data analysis team. This role involves overseeing data collection, analysis, and visualization processes to support strategic decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management abilities, expertise in various analytics tools, and a deep understanding of database systems and software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices. As a Data Analyst Manager, you will drive innovative data solutions, manage cross-functional projects, and ensure the delivery of actionable insights to stakeholders.

Duties

Lead and manage a team of data analysts to execute complex data analysis projects efficiently. Develop and implement data strategies aligned with organizational goals, utilizing tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and VBA. Oversee the design and maintenance of databases using Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and other database management systems. Coordinate with business units to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for analytics solutions. Manage project timelines and deliverables within Agile frameworks and SDLC methodologies. Create comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders. Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements through data-driven approaches. Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all platforms while adhering to best practices in database design. Utilize programming languages such as R, Python, Bash (Unix shell), and analysis tools like Visio for process modeling and automation tasks. Stay current with industry trends in analytics technologies and methodologies to continually enhance team capabilities.

Qualifications

Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related roles with demonstrated leadership capabilities. Strong proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, R, Python, VBA, SQL (Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle), and Bash (Unix shell). Solid understanding of SDLC processes and Agile project management methodologies. Expertise in database design, development, and management including experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle databases. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets into actionable insights. Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams on multiple projects simultaneously. Effective communication skills for presenting technical information clearly to diverse audiences. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics or a related field; advanced degrees are preferred. Pay: $52,710.02-$102,393.25 per year
