The Opportunity
We are currently seeking An Analyst, Learning & Development for the North Atlantic Technical Support to join our Learning & Development team within the North Atlantic. The work location for this role is primarily Remote within North Atlantic (Sudbury, Thompson & Saint John) with eventual access.
The Analyst will provide technical and system support for Learning Management Systems, including VES, and Vale Learning to North Atlantic L&D Team as well as the broader business operations and support services comprising of more than 6000 users. Provide answers to users queries and address system and user issues in a timely and professional manner as they relate to Learning Platforms in Vale North Atlantic The Technical Support Specialist works with other stakeholders but most often interacts with general users within the organization.
