We are seeking an IT Governance & Compliance, Analyst to join our corporate Information System & Technology department. The role will primarily support the continuous improvement and adoption of OneTrust to ensure the system is effectively meeting the business objectives. The IT Governance & Compliance, Analyst will support the global roll out of OneTrust to all Four Seasons properties by responding to enquiries, reviewing properties completed data mapping to ensure completion and quality. Key Activities: Global Data Mapping
  • Support global roll out through supporting properties in their business processes data mapping through applying processes analysis, design and modelling techniques to establish a data mapping library on OneTrust for each property
  • Support in ensuring data mapping is complete and at quality

Project Administration
  • Tracks the adoption of OneTrust across properties
  • Identifies any possible risks to the success of the roll out of OneTrust globally
  • Manage the project of defining data mapping for Four Seasons Corporate Office

Technology Management
  • Provide day to day OneTrust support including but nonetheless user provision/deprovision, user support, report generation, etc.
  • Ensure supporting documentation like user manuals are kept up to date
  • Applies Four Seasons Service Management standard techniques and tools to carry out analysis and performance monitoring activities for OneTrust, example: problem management, major incident management, change management, etc.
  • Supports problem resolution, resolves issues and acts on feedback and usage of OneTrust.
  • Supports continual Business Stakeholder (Legal Privacy team) engagement

Key Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Certifications preferred: OneTrust Admin Certification
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent business qualifications.
  • Minimum 2 years IT operations or project management
  • Some travel may be required.
