About This Opportunity

Reporting to the Warehouse Inventory Manager, the Inventory Control Analyst works within our warehouses managing and controlling inventory and working through process improvement as necessary.
Responsibilities
--------------------
Daily warehouse inventory maintenance and reconciliation
Count all full goods and raw materials in the warehouse on a daily basis, and reconcile against SAP inventory levels
Research and reconcile daily inventory variances
Reconcile the daily, monthly, and annual inventory to the SAP computer system
Identify and report close dated product
Manage, conduct, document and report on inventory audits of the distribution centers, production centers, equipment service centers and fleet shops. Lead exit conferences with management
Identify and communicate common control opportunities to various levels of Operational Unit Management and ensure action plans are obtainable, implemented and sustained
Review and identify areas where Internal Controls can be improved or implemented at an appropriate cost/benefit relationship
Become Subject Matter Expert on field level inventory Internal Controls in accordance with the Controls Policy and Procedures Manual
Perform facility training on policies, procedures, and controls
Manage annual independent inventory schedule for independent inventory counts for Cold Drink Equipment, Cold Drink Equipment Parts, Fleet Parts, Production Parts, Raw Materials, and Full Goods
Assist with the training and remediation of all internal control issues that are identified
Assist Internal Controls Team and Security Manager on investigations of fraud as needed
Manage schedule for inventory training requirements based on annual schedule or as identified based on inventory results
Proper Documentation to support all audit activity (Internal Control Audits and Independent Counts)
Qualifications
------------------
Post-secondary education required
Bachelor's degree in accounting or Finance or Equivalent Business Experience preferred
1 + years' relevant experience required
Experience in Manufacturing, or Distribution and Warehouse Operations, Finance or Accounting, or Audit Experience preferred
Experience in a sales, distribution or warehousing environment preferred
Supervisory experience (asset)
CPA certification (asset)
Ability to periodically lift, push, pull 50+ pounds, stand, walk, kneel, bend and reach
