Our diverse team of professionals works with Indigenous peoples, groups and organizations across the country and shares a passion for learning and understanding their history, culture and contributions to our country. As a trusted advisor, you'll provide expertise to empower Indigenous communities, organizations, businesses and individuals in navigating a dynamic social, political and economic environment.



Our clients include various First Nations, Metis and Inuit communities as well as Indigenous organizations and associations across the country. We support our clients to develop strategic, business and operational plans that are thoughtful as much as engagement driven.

What you'll be doing:




Help to improve how organizations work and communicate Building strong, respectful relationships with clients and communities Gathering and analyzing data through interviews, focus groups, workshops, surveys, and other research tools Supporting strategic planning, process improvement, and other community led initiatives Coordinating logistics and keeping projects running smoothly



Who we're looking for:




You self-identify as Indigenous (First Nations, Inuit, or Metis) to Canada You've graduated from a post-secondary program (diploma, bachelor's degree, master's, or PhD) within the last 24 months You're available for a one-year term You're a critical thinker with strong analytical skills You're passionate about helping people and organizations thrive
