This position is to work remotely from Nova Scotia or anywhere in Canada.
As a member of the Licensing & Contracting team, you will be primarily focused on advisor contract setups, agent database maintenance, transfers and license sponsorship. You will also be accountable for providing a superior level of customer service to our client, distributors and advisors on a daily basis.
You will:
Ensure all agents onboarding and maintenance requests are reviewed for in good order requirements and are processed accurately within established service standards
Communicate (written and verbal) effectively with all customers
Maintain accurate records based on company standards and policies within the workflow system
Document issues and respond to requests
Produce weekly workflow report to department leadership
Liaise with other departments within the company
Participate in recommending improvements to service
Assist team members with backlogs
Process any other task as needed by the team
What we are looking for...
Strong Knowledge of the life insurance industry and distribution/advisor channels
1-2 years of customer service experience
College diploma or university graduate
Strong attention to detail and accuracy with ability to multitask
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to thrive in a high-volume environment
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (French an asset)
Ability to work well, both independently and as part of a team
Positive, customer service-oriented attitude with a commitment to offer superior service
Good knowledge of MS Office product suite

En tant que membre de l'equipe Licences et contrats, vous vous concentrerez principalement sur la mise en place des contrats des conseillers, la maintenance de la base de donnees des agents, les transferts et le parrainage des licences. Vous serez egalement responsable de fournir un niveau superieur de service a la clientele a nos clients, distributeurs et conseillers sur une base quotidienne.
Vous devrez :
Veiller a ce que toutes les demandes d'accueil et de maintenance des agents soient examinees pour s'assurer qu'elles sont en ordre et traitees avec precision dans le respect des normes de service etablies.
Communiquer (par ecrit et oralement) de maniere efficace avec tous les clients.
Maintenir des enregistrements precis bases sur les normes et les polices de l'entreprise dans le systeme de flux de travail.
Documenter les problemes et repondre aux demandes
Produire un rapport hebdomadaire sur le flux de travail a l'intention de la direction du departement
Assurer la liaison avec les autres departements de l'entreprise
Participer a la recommandation d'ameliorations du service
Aider les membres de l'equipe a traiter les dossiers en souffrance
Traiter toute autre tache necessaire a l'equipe
Ce que nous recherchons...
Connaissance approfondie de l'industrie de l'assurance vie et des canaux de distribution/conseils.
1 a 2 ans d'experience en service a la clientele
Diplome d'etudes collegiales ou universitaires
Souci du detail et de la precision, capacite a effectuer plusieurs taches a la fois
Excellentes competences en matiere d'organisation et de gestion du temps
Capacite a travailler dans un environnement a volume eleve
Excellentes aptitudes a la communication verbale et ecrite en anglais (le francais est un atout)
Capacite a travailler de maniere autonome et en equipe
Attitude positive, orientee vers le service a la clientele et volonte d'offrir un service de qualite superieure.
Bonne connaissance de la suite de produits MS Office
