The Analyst, Creative Production Delivery, Triangle Retail Media (TRM), will be responsible for enabling guidelines and completing the review and approval process for creatives across all tiers of clients and banners for TRM. TRM is Canadian Tire Corporation\xe2\x80\x99s (CTC) rapidly scaling Retail Media Network Business across banners. Investing behind this business and scaling it over the next five years is a top strategic priority for CTC. As a member of the TRM team, you will work alongside groups of industry experts in a highly agile, entrepreneurial, and exciting environment. You will make an impact by:
Developing active expertise and maintaining a comprehensive creative guidelines and standards document for TRM (for both Clients\xe2\x80\x99 creative assets as well as TRM branded materials)
Proactively informing, consulting, and aligning with relevant teams on incorporating pre-established creative guidelines and following through on the approval process
Reviewing all incoming creative for approval or revision
Uploading approved creative into the ad platform or passing to ad ops for deployment
Liaising with creative agency on process and approvals for creatives and pricing quotations
Collaborating with Sales & Account Management team to communicate creative approval/revision requests to clients and liaising with Content team if needed with respect to clients\xe2\x80\x99 creative guidelines
Collaborating with Product and AdOps team during development of new ad products to ensure guidelines are being met/revised to meet business needs
Staying up to date with any changes made to brand standards across CTC banners to ensure TRM\xe2\x80\x99s creative guidelines are always aligned with the business\xe2\x80\x99 creative guidelines
Proactively keeping a pulse on emerging design trends and best practices in digital advertising
Contributing to onboarding automated creative development software by way of providing information to the relevant teams on TRM creative guidelines & requirements, as needed
Collaborating with data and tech enablement teams and creative design systems teams to ensure a path to automated creative approvals in the long-term, by ensuring prioritization and providing perspective on creative requirements
What you bring
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Design, Marketing, or related discipline
2+ years of experience in digital advertising design or related field
Creative experience at a media/marketing agency and proficiency in a graphic design software is an asset
A working technical knowledge of digital marketing and advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads is an asset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for creativity
Familiarity with agile practices, attention to detail, and an ability to quickly jump between workstreams and self prioritize tasks
Resourceful in maneuvering through a large company while working in a nimble and fast paced environment \xe2\x80\x93 ability to adapt and thrive in any business situation
