In accordance with the Mission, Vision and Values, and strategic directions of PHSA safety, including both patient and employee safety, is a priority and a responsibility shared by everyone at PHSAs Agencies/Divisions/Services, and as such, the requirement to continuously improve quality and safety is inherent in all aspects of this position. The Compensation Analyst is an integral member of the Compensation & Classification (C&C) team which provides subject matter expertise, knowledge and support on compensation-related matters in partnership with the Specialists. Areas of focus include non-contract and bargaining unit compensation, research and benchmarking, compiling and synthesizing data, costings and analysis, reporting, project planning and monitoring, and job evaluation; and functions as the C&C related systems super-user.
