What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Be Doing
The Analyst is required to be the main point of contact, responsible to provide a valuable customer experience when onboarding and dealing with Global Markets customers in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
Reporting to the Head of Customer Services or Team Leader delegate, the Analyst is accountable for successfully completing Anti-Money Laundering/Know Your Customer (AML/KYC) due diligence and complete related projects/initiatives by understanding the Enterprise policies and Standards pertaining to AML/ATF, Regulatory and Tax Reporting requirements. It is expected that the analyst will deliver high quality results as per the agreed-upon objectives and timelines. The primary objective is to onboard Capital Markets Institutional customers and the deliverables will be centered upon capital markets product knowledge, customer familiarity and the collection of KYC and regulatory reporting information.

How You\'ll Succeed
Point of Contact - Serve as the single point of contact for front office sales and internal departments (e.g. Credit, Legal, Operations etc.) on assigned cases/customers. In addition, must coordinate with business sponsor/supervisor and responsible teams to complete their respective tasks in the customer onboarding system in order to bring all onboarding cases to completion on a timely basis in a fast-pace environment.
Business Knowledge - Willing to learn, self-educate and maintain a high level of knowledge of Capital Markets business products as well as AML/KYC standards primarily in Canada, the US and UK; and partner with peers to deliver accurate information on AML requirements and timely onboarding to ensure excellent customer and employee experience.
Research - Conduct research and inquiry to obtain document requirements for the initiation of onboarding, offboarding as well as remediation. Reach out to customers/sales and trading desks requesting documentation for onboarding or review purposes. Ensure follow up with the customer to obtain all documentation and disseminate relevant information to the respective internal teams. Ensure correct data is set-up for the customer in systems and application(s).
Client engagement - Should be able to quickly assess factors that affect the customer\xe2\x80\x99s AML risk rating/profile through research in order to make timely decisions and take appropriate action as necessary for high risk customers. Assist the regional Customer Services teams to complete high priority projects/ initiatives, as needed. Comfortable within a challenging environment where priorities often shift and time pressures demand a rapid response to requests from various stakeholders.
Detail Oriented -Focused attention to detail when conducting AML Due Diligence and data management initiatives. Work in a dynamic team environment where sharing of skills and knowledge is critical. Follow Customer Services Procedures and Processes to ensure accurate, smooth and seamless onboarding for Capital Markets customers.

You can demonstrate technical skills. Strong working experience with Microsoft Word. PowerPoint and Excel. Proficient knowledge of Fenergo and WorldCheck is an asset.
