JLL is currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of a Capital Markets Analyst to provide reliable, timely, and professional support to JLL Calgary's Capital Markets team. The position affords the successful candidate the opportunity to work closely with the team on all classes of commercial real estate assets, and will require the independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize a diverse workload.



WHAT YOU WILL DO:



Work closely with and assist the EVP and VP, Capital Markets to create, edit, and prepare proposals, presentations and marketing packages

Underwrite commercial real estate investment opportunities

Work with Argus Valuation Software often and proficiently

Conduct research and collect information materials on market fundamentals, tenants, and undertake economic and financial analysis

Any other reasonable duties and responsibilities that may be assigned



WHAT YOU BRING - REQUIRED:



Undergraduate degree in Commerce, Math, Economics, Geography or other related field

1-2+ years full-time professional experience required in the commercial real estate sector or other corporate experience will be considered

Proficiency in the use of ARGUS real estate software (knowledge of Argus Enterprise is considered to be an asset)

Demonstrated proficiency with all applicable software packages including but not limited to MS Windows; MS Office, including MS Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint; Adobe

Excellent working knowledge of Excel (financial modeling)

High level of attention to detail and strong analytical skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of work

Ability to work well under pressure while prioritizing competing deadlines
