The opportunity:
Reporting to the Lead Analyst, Business Systems Reporting, the Analyst, Business Systems Enablement will support the development and implementation of system processes, policies, and procedures. The role focuses on improving efficiency by streamlining workflows, reducing manual tasks, and ensuring accurate client data entry across multiple business systems. This data directly impacts both client-facing and internal platforms. The incumbent will ensure requests are completed in alignment with service standards, while contributing to quality control, automation initiatives, and departmental projects that enhance overall system performance.
Key responsibilities include:
Ensuring accurate and timely entry of client-related data across multiple business systems.
Maintaining data integrity through rigorous validation, reconciliation, and quality control processes.
Monitoring and resolving data discrepancies that affect client-facing platforms and internal operations.
Supporting the development and implementation of internal system enablement policies and procedures.
Collaborating with stakeholders to identify system gaps and recommend enhancements.
Participating in system testing, configuration, and rollout of new features or updates.
Analyzing existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation.
Designing and implementing streamlined processes to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
Contributing to the development of automation tools and scripts in collaboration with technical teams.
Ensuring adherence to data governance policies and regulatory requirements.
Identifying and escalating risks related to data accuracy, system integrity, or process failures.
Participating in audits and contributing to remediation efforts as needed.
Ensuring all requests and tasks are completed in alignment with defined service standards, contributing to a consistent and reliable client experience.
Perform other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate will possess:
A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, information technology or a related field.
A minimum of 2-3 years' of financial services industry experience working in a high growth environment.
A minimum of 2 years' of experience in vendor and custodian management and experience in a customer/client-service facing role.
Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Experience in the wealth management or other regulated industry is a strong asset.
Proficiency with the MSOffice suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
Advanced Excel proficiency with expertise in handling large data sets and performing complex comparisons for analysis and insight.
Demonstrate a high level of accountability, reliability, adaptability, and innovation in accomplishing day to day work and long-term goals.
