How You'll Make an ImpactProvide data-driven support to guide action-oriented business decisions across AMA.
Analyze and interpret data from multiple sources to identify key trends and opportunities.
Develop and manage high-quality dashboards and reporting solutions that serve as a single source of truth.
Work closely with internal stakeholders and IT teams to gather, validate, and refine business requirements.
Present findings and insights to leadership teams in clear, compelling ways.
Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of critical data.
Support the rollout of new business analytics tools and processes.
What You Bring to the TableBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in business intelligence, business analysis, or a related technical role.
Advanced working knowledge of SQL (including complex query writing).
Experience developing and managing BI solutions or dashboards using Power BI or similar tools.
Strong data visualization and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex information.
Familiarity with data management languages (Python, R) and experience in the insurance industry are strong assets.
