Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret sales and marketing data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities. Utilize various analytical techniques and tools to extract meaningful insights from large datasets for the assigned TA.
Sales Force Performance Analysis and Support: Providing analytical support to the entire sales team, enabling them to make informed decisions and drive sales effectiveness. Analyze salesforce activity data, call planning, and customer interactions to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize sales force productivity. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop customer segmentation strategies. Analyze customer data, behavior, and preferences to identify target segments and support targeted marketing and sales efforts. Collaborate with sales leadership to set realistic and achievable sales targets for individual representatives/territories and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to align targets with market potential and business objectives. Forecasting & Budgeting: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales forecasts and demand plans for the assigned TA. Utilize historical data, market insights, and business trends to generate accurate sales forecasts and support inventory planning. Highlight any risks and opportunities to the forecasts. Internal processes/systems: Sales Consensus, BUD, LBE.
Reporting and Dashboards: Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and presentations summarizing sales and marketing performance metrics for senior management. Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders of the assigned TA. Internal processes/systems: Brand Planning and ad hoc analytics.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and other departments to share insights and support business objectives. Provide analytical support and guidance pertaining to the assigned TA.
Competencies:
Strong knowledge in business intelligence, web analytics, report development and working knowledge of data modelling and data mining.
Proven analytical and problem solving skills
Demonstrated attention to detail, proven ability to deliver in a timely manner where multiple projects are in process
Strong computer background with experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, web browsing and ability to combine data from different sources
Bilingualism is an asset
