YOUR ROLE

Reporting to the Manager of Accounts Receivable Shared Services, the Analyst, Accounts Receivable is responsible for the collection and reconciliation of designated wholesale customers in North America. The Analyst is also responsible for generating AR reports, KPI\xe2\x80\x99s, accruals and performing GL analysis.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and collect outstanding receivables
  • Execute assigned GL reconciliations. Analyze and explain month-to-month variances.
  • Identify and explain fluctuations in past due receivables.
  • Generate month-end KPI\xe2\x80\x99s.
  • Prepare month end customer accrual entries.
  • Liaise, coordinate, support and communicate collection activity with various stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic insight and solutions that enable informed decision-making.
  • Attend weekly AR meetings and provide updates.
  • Execute designated month-end tasks.
  • Fulfill external audit requirements.
  • Perform other related duties.
  • Adhere to all deadlines.
DO YOU HAVE THE PROFILE WE\'RE LOOKING FOR?
  • 5+ years of similar experience
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree is preferred
  • Working experience with an ERP (SAP an asset)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Intermediate command of the Office suite: Excel
  • Team Player, autonomous, motivated, passionate, loyal
