Job Description

Our client in Financial Services is looking for an AML Internal Auditor for a short term contract. Responsibilities include:
- Exposure to the money service business, payment systems, banking for a Canadian financial institution
- Audit of Regulatory filing processes
- Audit of transaction monitoring
- Audit of suspicious transaction/ FIU activities
- Audit of AML risk assessment activities
- AML audit experience: KYC/Client ID and client onboarding/demarketing, Client Risk assessment/risk based approach

- Must have 3 years of Internal audit experience - at least 18 months of AML audit experience (non IT/non Systems focus)
- Must have CAMS certification
- Strong Internal Audit background
- Experience within the banking industry.
