Match Retail presente une extravaganza exaltante de Nespresso, et nous sommes a la recherche d'une equipe dynamique d'ambassadeurs de marque pour jouer des roles essentiels, allant de l'engagement client a la livraison d'une experience cafe inegalee. Et imaginez ceci : ce n'est pas la cerise sur le gateau, c'est du sirop d'erable, bebe - du pur delice !

Ambassadeurs de marque @ 20 $/heure

Responsabilites cles :

Configuration du stand et preparation pour l'ouverture Fermeture du stand, securisation de tous les produits Engagement client pour creer une experience inoubliable Fonctionnement fluide de l'evenement et gestion rigoureuse des stocks Communication rapide des besoins et mises a jour aux chefs d'equipe et gestionnaires de compte Rapports quotidiens et pointage du temps

Prerequis :

Outil essentiel : Un smartphone pour des rapports en temps reel. Uniforme : Tenue entierement noire (pantalon, t-shirt/chemise, chaussures)

Qualites souhaitees :

Experience : Minimum 1 an d'experience en tant qu'ambassadeur de marque, barista OU service a la clientele. Ambiance : Personnalite dynamique et extravertie. Nous recherchons quelqu'un aussi enthousiaste de travailler que de creer des experiences client exceptionnelles. Endurance : Confortable a rester debout pendant des heures prolongees

Shifts:

6:45am - 5pm Please apply only if you are available to work all the dates and all shifts of the event.

Virtual Training:

Nov 12th at 3pm

Compensation Package:

BAs @ $20/hr

Key Responsibilities:

Booth setup and preparation for the opening Booth closing, securing all products Customer engagement to create an unforgettable experience Smooth event operations and vigilant stock management Prompt communication of needs and updates to Team Leaders and Account Managers Daily reporting and timekeeping

Prerequisites:

Essential Tool: A smartphone for real-time reporting. Uniform: All-black outfit (Pants, T-shirt/shirt, shoes)

Desired Qualities:

Experience: Minimum 1 year of Brand Ambassador, Barista OR customer service experience. Vibe: Upbeat and outgoing personality. We're looking for someone as excited to work as they are to create outstanding customer experiences. Endurance: Comfortable standing for extended hours
