About the Role - Amazon Operations Manager Assistant (FBA/FBM)
Max Water is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Amazon Operations Manager Assistant to support our Merchandising team on a full-time, permanent basis. In this role, you will assist in managing the daily operations of our Amazon store, including logistics, order fulfillment, and performance tracking for both FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) and FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant) channels.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate FBA shipments and inventory reconciliation
Manage FBM order processing, fulfillment, and delivery timelines
Collaborate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and warehouse teams
Monitor product performance, return rates, and ensure compliance with Amazon policies
Forecast demand, track inventory levels, and reduce stockouts or overstocking
Troubleshoot operational issues and implement solutions proactively
Support the PPC and marketing team with listing accuracy and inventory availability
Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams
Provide operational input for product launches and advertising strategies
Act as the liaison between Max Water and Amazon Seller Support as needed
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon FBA and FBM operations
Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, inventory management, and shipping workflows
Experience working with 3PLs and e-commerce tools (e.g., InventoryLab, Helium 10, etc.)
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong organizational and communication abilities
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred but not required)
