Amazon Marketplace Strategist

to

lead a team of specialists, develop custom growth strategies, and manage client relationships

to drive long-term success for our partners.

Expectations

A successful

Marketplace Strategist

at BellaVix will:

Client & Account Management



Be

the primary point of contact

for assigned partner accounts. Build

rapport with clients

, making small talk, fostering relationships, and ensuring they feel valued.

Communicate confidently and clearly

, conveying complex marketplace strategies in an easy-to-understand manner. Ensure

proactive, solution-driven communication

with clients--

we don't wait for problems to escalate

. Regularly

educate clients

on KPIs, trends, and opportunities for business growth. Identify and

present upsell opportunities

(e.g., advertising, CTV, social media, marketing).

Strategic Growth & Execution



Develop

tailored, innovative strategies

to grow client accounts. Stay on top of

marketplace trends, policies, and competitive landscapes

to provide strategic insights. Lead

A/B testing, optimization, and performance analysis

across product listings and advertising. Provide direction to

the creative team

for A+ Content, storefronts, and digital assets. Manage

inventory tracking, demand forecasting, and supply chain considerations

. Experiment with

new tactics and strategies

, even those outside BellaVix's existing playbook, to deliver results.

Delegate effectively and

ensure specialists execute daily tasks to world-class standards

Responsibilities

As a

Marketplace Strategist

Execute strategies that drive

Amazon and Walmart marketplace growth

Guide and educate clients

on eCommerce trends and Amazon/Walmart best practices.

Propose and execute growth initiatives

, including advertising, promotions, and marketing tactics. Contribute to

by writing blog posts and sharing marketplace insights.

Manage a team of

Required Qualifications

5+ years of eCommerce experience

, with at least

3+ years in marketplace management

. Strong experience with

Amazon and Walmart Marketplace

operations and growth strategies. Proven

client management experience

, including running strategy meetings and performance reviews. Experience leading a

team and delegating responsibilities

effectively. Strong

written and verbal English skills (C1-C2 proficiency required)

. Ability to

analyze data, identify trends, and develop growth strategies

. Experience in

advertising, marketing, and brand growth strategies

. Excellent

verbal and written communication skills

, particularly in client-facing settings. Proficiency in

Excel, Google Sheets, and task management tools

(e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com).
