We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery. This role requires excellent driving skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and a commitment to customer service.

Responsibilities

Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to designated locations. Load and unload products while ensuring they are secured and protected during transit. Follow delivery schedules and routes to ensure timely deliveries. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including signatures and any issues encountered. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery status and any potential delays. Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and reliability. Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while on the road.

Experience

Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is preferred but not required. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with customers and team members. Ability to lift heavy packages (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks associated with loading and unloading goods. Familiarity with GPS devices or navigation applications is a plus.
