Job Overview:
This is a hands-on role that owns day-to-day execution and performance of our Amazon business supporting our retail and foodservice business in Canada and the US. This role is ideal for a mid-level professional who understands both Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central and can work internally with all stakeholders in our head office in Aurora.
This role runs Amazon programs end-to-end from pricing, promotions, content execution, inventory coordination, order fulfillment operations, financial accuracy (pricing, invoicing, compliance) to identifying opportunities to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency. We are looking for someone who logs into Amazon daily to execute work, monitors and fixes issues and keeps the business operating smoothly, efficiently while managing growth.
Duties and responsibilities
(Vendor & Seller Central)
Own the daily operations of Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central accounts
Proactively resolve operational issues with order discrepancies, shortages, system errors, pricing, promotions and sales execution
Manage pricing strategy, deal submissions, and promotional calendars
Execute and optimize promotions (Coupons, Deals, VC Promotions, SC Discounts)
Track promotional performance with data-driven recommendations to boost sales/margin
Support seasonal, event-based, and growth initiatives (Prime Day, Peak, new launches)
Partner with Supply Chain (SCM) and Operations teams to:
o Forecast demand and manage inventory levels
o Monitor sell-through, weeks of cover, and replenishment needs
o Coordinate purchase orders, ASN accuracy, and fulfillment readiness
Flag risks for out-of-stock, overstock, operational bottlenecks
Collaborate with Finance to:
o Ensure accurate billing, chargeback reconciliation, and shortage resolution
o Support accruals, co-op spend tracking, and promotional funding
o Maintain visibility into Amazon profitability and cost drivers
Act as the central point of coordination for the Amazon business across SCM, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Content or Marketing as needed and senior leadership
Translate Amazon requirements/changes/risks into actional internal plans, reporting, insights
Prepare and maintain regular reporting on:
o Sales performance and growth trends
o Inventory health and risks
o Promotional effectiveness
o Key operational KPIs
Amazon accounts run smoothly with minimal operational escalations
Pricing and promotions are well-organized, timely, and effective
Inventory risks are identified early and managed proactively
Finance and SCM partners trust the accuracy of Amazon data and execution
Sales performance improves through strong execution, not just strategy
Skills & Qualifications
Experience
5+ years of experience managing both Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central
CPG experience required to understand supply chain and seasonal planning
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and comfort working with ERP systems and data

Strong operational understanding of:
o Pricing, promotions, and deal mechanics
o Inventory and order workflows
o Amazon fees, chargebacks, shortages, and compliance processes
Proven ability to work cross-functionally with supply chain, finance, and operations teams understanding the business and how to influence/manage and effect change
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams
Ability to operate independently, take ownership of outcomes with strong entrepreneurial drive
