Spreetail is looking for an Associate Channel Operations Manager to be part of our team! As the Associate Channel Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing of the advertising and channel management of each channel and country, developing strategic relationships with our marketplace partners and for internal reporting and optimizations to improve metrics and results.

How you will achieve success:

• Owns the daily management of advertising and channel management within each channel and country.
• Responsible for internal reporting and optimizations to improve metrics and results.
• Partners actively with merchandising to launch campaigns and provide guidance around budgets, pacing, targeting groups and tactics launched channels.
• Deepen upon existing and develop strategic relationships with our marketplace partners to position Spreetail to be consulted/in beta test groups for new Channel or third-party programs and opportunities.
• Achieve established operational milestones in first 100-days and partner cross-functionally to identify breakdowns, resolve roadblocks and establish SOPs.

What experiences that will help you in this role:

• 2+ Years Ecommerce Account Experience; Amazon advertising management preferred.
• Effective communication (consistent follow up with internal and external stakeholders) and ability to manage up and communicate prioritization, roadblocks, etc.
• Proficient in major Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, & Outlook)with basic understand of excel logical functions making sure to apply a data-driven approach.
• Collaborates and works well with teammates and cross functional teammates.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

This is a remote position and requires candidates to have an available work-from-home setup
Desktop/Laptop system requirements:

• 4th generation or higher, at least Intel i3 or equivalent processor;
• at least 4GB RAM;
• Windows 10 and above or MAC OSX operating system
• You are required to provide your own dual monitors

A strong and stable internet connection (A DSL, cable or fiber wired internet service with 10 Mbps plan or higher for primary connection)
PC Headset
A high-definition (HD) external or integrated webcam with at least 720p resolution.
