Job description - Amazon Account Manager
GMD is seeking a motivated individual who will manage our Amazon business. If you are experienced with the ins and outs of Amazon Vendor Central, 2P dropship, 3P marketplace, including marketing and ad's, then we want to talk to you. If you do not have experience working with a Vendor Manager, then this role is not for you. Experience is essential as we are seeking an individual that can "hit the ground running" with little training, and seamlessly transition into the role. You will be responsible for managing a multi-million dollar business, that contains many major well known industry brands. From pricing strategies and structuring promotional programs to sales analytics, this position will require you to successfully list and manage exclusive and non-exclusive products. We have an opportunity in a growing and exciting Canadian wholesale company. Jump right into a senior position in the e-commerce side of our business. GMD is rapidly growing, and we're seeking a long-term employee to excel and grow within the business and their role.
Key Skill's You Will Bring
Proficiency in speaking, reading and writing English is a must.
BA/BS degree, Certificate or Diploma, or equivalent professional experience.
Proven ability to be self-motivated and self-directed, with prioritization and multi-task skills
3-5 years experience working Amazon on all sales platforms. If you do not have experience selling 1P Vendor Central, then this is not the role for you.
Build annual promotional plan and budget to optimize ROI within Amazon's advertising platform
Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to boost sales and conversion rates
SEO Optimization: Utilize SEO best practices to enhance product visibility and improve search rankings on Amazon
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and design teams to develop promotional strategies and enhance product presentation
Strong account management and customer relationship management skills
Proven experience in sales and business development
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Ability to analyze market trends and develop sales strategies
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
