Overview

We are a specialized high-end aluminum door and window manufacturing company, providing premium design, fabrication, and installation services.
We are currently seeking an

experienced CNC Machine Operator

to join our production team, supporting the fabrication of high-quality aluminum windows and doors.

This position is open to candidates currently located in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Ontario, Canada, or those willing to relocate to the GTA.

Responsibilities

Operate CNC machines to cut, drill, and machine aluminum profiles/panels for windows and doors Set up CNC jobs based on shop drawings, work orders, and production requirements Perform tooling changes, fixture setup, and basic program adjustments as needed Load and unload aluminum profiles safely and efficiently Read and interpret shop drawings, measurements, and CNC programs Inspect machined parts to ensure accuracy, tolerances, and quality standards are met Troubleshoot minor machine or production issues and report major issues to supervisors Perform routine machine maintenance and keep work area clean and organized Work closely with assemblers, supervisors, and the production team to meet deadlines Follow all safety procedures and company quality standards

Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of CNC machine operation experience

(metal or aluminum fabrication required) Experience in aluminum windows and doors manufacturing is a strong asset Ability to read shop drawings and understand measurements and tolerances Familiar with measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measures Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail and quality Able to lift up to

50 lbs

and perform repetitive standing, bending, or crouching Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to follow instructions
