Brazeau Service is a fast-growing, eco-friendly business offering bundled relocation, handyman, lawn care, and snow removal services across Hamilton, the GTA, and Ottawa. We're looking for a reliable, skilled

All-Season Property Technician

to join our team and help deliver top-notch service year-round.

Responsibilities

Spring-Fall:

Perform lawn care: mowing, trimming, leaf cleanup, and basic landscaping Assist with handyman tasks: minor repairs, painting, fixture installations, furniture assembly, and general maintenance Support relocation services: loading/unloading, organizing spaces, and move-in/move-out prep Maintain clean, safe work areas and organize tools and supplies

Winter:

Clear snow from driveways, walkways, and entrances using shovels or snow blowers Apply salt or eco-friendly de-icing products Respond to on-call snow events promptly and professionally

Qualifications

Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all seasons Experience in handyman work, lawn care, or snow removal preferred Basic knowledge of tools, repairs, and safety procedures Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Bilingual (English/French) communication is an asset
