Inventory Analyst / Allocator

, you will be responsible for the allocation of product for each class for distribution to stores, managing orders that are uploaded into the system and developing size scales based on history and trend per class.

What you will do in this role:

Plan all allocations for your classes Size according to the stores profile, trend, and size analysis Ensure regional trends are considered with respect to sizing and sales trends Accuracy is number one when uploading allocation orders into the system Flow of the product should be reflected on the on-order at least 2 weeks prior to the start of the month

Manage the On-Order and the weekly receipts:

Accuracy is very important when uploading orders into the system All orders must be available for ticket information and sent to the vendor in a timely manner Take charge and follow up on all your purchase order changes - pricing, delivery dates, sizes, descriptions, and quantities Stay on top of the weekly adjustment to the on-order ensuring accuracy on the variance report

Communication:

Communicating with your Stores answering questions and concerns within 24hours Communicate all changes to BIR models to the stores as required

Create and Manage the Purchase Journal:

Pull weekly class data by price point by store for each of your classes Size and price point trends identified, and action taken

As an ideal candidate, your skills include:

Expert Microsoft applications - you are an Excel guru! Super time management skills - you never miss a deadline Good oral and written communication skills...pay attention to detail and numbers! Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating a positive, respectful, and service-oriented approach

And your qualifications include:

University/college Degree/Diploma 1 + years of experience in allocation Advanced knowledge in excel
