About Our Opportunity
The Disability Support Program (DSP) delivers specialized, evidence-based allied health services to help Nova Scotians with disabilities live meaningful lives in the community of their choice. As part of our commitment to the Human Rights Remedy, we are building a new model of community-based support that prioritizes dignity, independence, and inclusion
The Clinical Coordinator plays a key role in this transformation. Under the oversight of the Allied Health Supports Manager, you will oversee regional Disability Support Outreach Teams made up of dedicated allied health professionals (at multiple Service Provider Organizations funded by DSP), ensuring participants and families have the supports they need to enhance functional capacity and social participation. This is a unique opportunity to foster strong community partnerships and shape how disability supports are delivered in Nova Scotia.
Primary Accountabilities
In this role, you will focus on empowering allied health teams, ensuring high-quality and timely support for participants, and building strong connections across communities, service providers, and government partners.
